Legend DP no 12vdc to or from chassis bank

I'm assisting my neighbor on his 40', '02 Coachmen Sportscoach Legend DP. No 12vdc to or from his chassis battery compartment. No power to inverter/converter/solenoid compartment on other side of coach although coach supplied power exists there on fuses and solenoids. Something amiss in-between chassis bank and this compartment.

Called tech...says look for "breakers" underneath engine in area of starter. I found 'em but...then what? No button to push, switch...nothing. Must they be replaced?

Solenoid compartment very similar to this photo 'cept another large solenoid above the one shown lower here. Must be chassis control area as there is no 12vdc anywhere in the upper bank.

Please offer a suggestion if you're familiar.
