Mercedes Sprinter Sway Bar

I have a 2017 Mercedes Sprinter Forester 2401WS. It has the Bigfoot stabilizers installed and I want to upgrade to the Hellwig anti sway bar. Has anyone done this upgrade and will the Bigfoot stabilizers be in the way?

The sway bar hugs the axle and the differential housing and should not be in the path of the rear stabilizers. You can slide underneath to check this for yourself.
