New Sunseeker will not accept AC Power

Trying to help a friend out who is on his first trip with a new 2021 Sunseeker 2350le. On delivery, the sales people had the generator running to demo everything, but he never tried plugging it into any AC outlet.
Is there a breaker, salesman switch or something he needs to something he needs to find to get AC power to his rig? Thanks!

I suppose it's possible that he doesn't have an automatic transfer switch, and the if h follows the shore power cord into the RV he'll find a place where a cord needs to be plugged in to a different outlet.
It's either that or the transfer switch is defective.

Now he says he can't power anything from the generator either. He found a 30A breaker but it's not tripped. Sure seems like a very simple issue, but he's followed instructions from the dealer and still no luck. I hear you about the transfer switch being the issue. Would entertain any other ideas....

Problem solved. Super simple....GFCI was tripped...reset...powered up everything except for the microwave....sure enough, the microwave hadn't been plugged in. Brand new. Oh well.....
