No audio in zone B & C in '17 Coachmen Catalina

Hello,

First post in this forum, trying to help an older couple in our campground out. They have a Coachmen Catalina Legacy Edition (they think 2017) that has a Jensen AWM965 3-zone stereo, and only the living room A zone plays. Nothing comes out when either B (assuming bedroom like ours) or C (outside) is selected. We have a Genesis GT2.0 stereo in ours, similar 3-zones, and you just press the zone you want and it toggles on/off. It appears to show the same as ours, shows on or off when we press the zone. A will toggle on/off just fine, but we're trying to get sound outside.

I did see that they do have a 2nd pair of outdoor speakers (for a 4th total), but those appear that they might be wired to the TV mount there (but they don't have a TV outside).

Other than a loose wire connection or a mouse chewing through the wires, am I missing anything? Assuming everything works the same, but wasn't sure if something might be different with this trailer.

Well my Jensen also has 3 zones. But only 2 are functional with speakers. The 3rd zone is not hooked up. I have no speakers in our bedroom. Also each zone has its own separate volume. If the zone volume is not high enough you will not get sound.
FYI these Jensen radio are not the best. Mine failed and was replaced under warranty. The sound output became garbled with use. Now the replacement unit has bluetooth that is VERY problem prone. It works then it doesn't work. Then it works again. Not reliable in the least. I do see that Jensen has come out with a newer modal of the same radio. But with the 2 radios i have used I am reluctant to try a 3rd radio for Jensen.
You know what I did. I just bought a Bose portable bluetooth player. It works every time and puts out great sound.
