If the outside temps are 40ish and I am paying metered electrical should I use the electrical fireplace and electrical space heater or use the propane internal heater. $$$$???

If you're looking at it from a cost standpoint you will have to compare the cost per BTU for the electric and the propane. If you're talking about comfort, your coaches heat system (furnace) will have the best heat distribution and therefor the highest comfort level.

How easy to refill your propane and what's your park charging for power ?

My snowbird park charges $0.18.5kwh. Propane was $2.65 gal. pick up and $3.65 delivered to the coach .
Three years of testing and adding an Extend -a -stay to save the dollar on propane , worked out close to even .
I figured the electric was easier and saved the furnace for quick morning warm up during the showering. Quieter too.

You can run the numbers and will generally find the cost to use propane or electricity will come out close to equal. Depending on your electric rate vs what you pay for propane one may slightly outweigh the other in one area and not is another.

We use electric as much as possible as I do not like the job of lifting full 40# bottles into the rack.
