Pursuit 33BHP - converter power switch?

we are having an issue with the battery going dead while plugged in to shore power.

I looked in the manual and it says that the "converter power switch" needs to be ON in order for the converter to keep the battery charged when connected to shore power.

Does anyone know where this switch is located in the Coachman Pursuit 33BHP?

here is a picture we took of the switches located to the left as you enter the coach... we are thinking the round knob is the battery converter switch, but it is not labeled and the manual does not say where it is or what it looks like.
