Replace snap tile floor Dynaquest XL 2020

Hello, all you all - need some insight , I’ve read extensively the threads on problems with Dynaquest flooring my 2020 XL had one tile that popped one edge. And with no other issues, I guess I’m blessed. I was able to remove the snap tile, and clean out leveling grout. It looks like to much grout or glue being used for the job. The snap tray is very difficult to get back in with the tile attached I’m thinking just put the tile on top of leveling grout, without the snap tray. And finish with sanded tile caulk. Any thoughts from you experts out there would be great. Thank you in advance Bryan

I now understand why the snap tiles are cracking on Dynaquest XL, it’s because they’re setting the plastic trays in grout or leveling grout / or glue (wrong). They should be setting tile snap trays on red float paper under the plastic tray , that’s it. Big mistake I would assume more out of Dynamax and its employees. That’s not a hard a problem solve….
