Rotting wood

Storage doors and hinge rail have rotting inner wood parts anyone else have this problem? This a 2003 fr georgetown

I think I have the same issue above a few of my basement compartments but I don't think it goes up the wall. I think mine came from the gap between the wall and the trim above the door hinges. I caulked the gap and think it may not be leaking any longer.

The hanger system for the doors is directly above the .I removed it and the doors 1st.The pine wood behind the hinge assembly and trim,it comes of also ,was rotten. Replaced wood with treated lumber cut to size,reassembled. Problem fixed,now onto the doors ,same procedure,3 to go and am finished. Hope this helps you.time consuming, but fairly easy.
