RVS Rear View Camera SYSTEM
2017 Coachmen Mirada 35LS - RVS rear view camera system.
Display in dash, left and right cameras in lower front fenders, and the high mounted rear camera on the back of the coach...
everything works except...
Display on monitor is backward...
Side camera displays are correct but the main rear camera is reversed...
Called RVS and they told me about mirror/reverse switches for each channel... the one in question would be V3 on mine...
Pulled the monitor from the dashboard... no switches... chased the wire... good luck!!!!
Downloaded the manual and found there is a box that is actually "the system" though it is not specifically labeled as such anywhere in their literature...
Anyway, it looks like the switches are on THAT...
My question is: where is this thing????
Imagine driving your mh with toad and this display is reversed... cars on the highway passing, making turns in town... backing into your campsite.
If you know where I should look, lemme know, and of course, any pictures are appreciated....

Tottally guessing here as we have a mirada too. You might want to look above the dashboard in the cabinets each side has a panel you can remove. The right panel above the passenger seat has the switch for all the tv's. The other one above the driver seat I haven't seen inside of yet, but it might be in there. Let us know what you find.

I have a 2016 sunseeker E450 with RVS system, My multiplexer is under the dash just to the right of the steering wheel, silver box wire tied in place. On mine using the control buttons on the display allows you to switch orientation. Monitor is in the rear view mirror not dash

You want the rear view camera image reversed from what the camera sees. That way when you look at the left side of the view will correspond to the left side of the motorhome.
This is the way it is done for all rear view cameras.

"under the dash", was right...
as always, the trouble was finding it. The thing is called a multiplexer.
After not finding it under the dashboard, looking from below, I started removing panels from the front.
Sure enough, behind and above a vent duct, and behind a nest of wires, there it was!
Found a way to reach it, verified the switches, flipped the "mirror" switch for channel 3 (my back up camera), connected and powered up the display, and viola!!! It was fixed!! Of course, I had to flip the switch a couple of times to verify, and that was definitely the fix!
