Tsunami Being Salvaged?

Anyone know the whereabouts of a FR Tsunami MH being salvaged? Looking for some bay hinge rail parts. Thank-you!

Might work best if you did some calling, it would be super lucky if someone here just happened to know of a Forest River Tsunami in a salvage yard. But, hey, stranger things have happened. Meanwhile, check this out.

Salvage yards by state...

Thank-you for the reply. I’m currently upwards of 25 calls to various salvage yards without success. The few FR dealers I’ve tried get the same NLA response from the FR parts dept. Also looking into custom AL extrusion and 3D metal printing although there are size limitations with the later. Short term I may just Rube Goldberg a piano hinge as I leave for warmer weather soon. If anyone has other ideas … I’m all ears!

Perhaps if you could post some pictures of the parts, maybe someone has an idea or two?

Pictures of bus fixed hinge rail and electrical bay door hinge rail. 1st pic is a good hinge. 2nd & 3rd show damage. Bay door is fine … just need the hinge rails.

Kinda looks like a gull wing extruded aluminum form. Measure the profile carefully, make a dimensional drawing then check with these guys for your shape: AL Trailer Trim

Or these guys...

Thank-you! Likely going to have to go with a custom extrusion such as the services provided by your link. Now just have to dust off my drawing skills.

Sorta doubt that you'd need to got custom. Might take some time, but you should be able to find it online eventually. See the manufacturers don't wanna pay extra for anything so they use off-the-shelf components...even the trim pieces.
