Why is FR3 called a "Crossover"?

They say it's got drivability like a CL C with roominess of a CL A

They don't say this about the Georgetown, so what is different about the FR3 and say for instance the GT3?

A salesman told me it was a CL A built on a CL C chassis, but I don't think could be right since they seem to have the same chassis specs.

I have not had any luck googling this question.

Crossovers

Fleetwood and Forest River used the same term to define some of their smaller, lower priced RV's back in 15-16. They used the term to describe a Class A that competes with a Class C in terms of size and price. I assume it was used for marketing purposes.
