Coachmen: WiFi Ranger

We purchased a new Coachman Pursuit that was advertised has having WiFi Ranger capability. However, we are unable to connect to the internet and are wondering if maybe the WiFi Ranger hardware is just missing. Our question is: Does the 2020 Coachman Pursuit come equipped from the factory with the WiFi Ranger hardware, or must this equipment be purchased and installed by owner? Thanks!

It means you have to buy it. Capability is probably wired for it but no equipment. May be a dealer installed option.

Hi Don:

I'm WiFiRanger's ambassador to the RV community. According to the Coachmen Pursuit website, a WiFiRanger is included with the Convenience Package which is supposed to be standard on models 27DS and 29SS and is a required option on 31BH and 32WC.

I suggest you contact your dealer so that they can verify with the manufacturer that the Ranger was, in fact, installed. Occasionally, things do get forgotten at the factory.
