New and Improved Acme Tow Dolly

Hello Friends, as you all know we here at Acme are always looking for ways to improve our Tow Dolly. Beginning now all the "EZE-TOW" Tow Dollies will be equipped with the new Acme detachable "SureGrip" galvanized steel ramps. These ramps actually attach to the dolly for loading and unloading and store on the front of the dolly when not in use. Very aggressive tread pattern, tire slippage will not be possible under any conditions.
In addition to that we have added safety chain Banjos to the front of the dolly. This allows the customer to quickly and easily attach the back up safety chains from the towed car to the front of the dolly.
Two huge improvements. Both are retrofittable to all previous generations.

We are not done yet ! We have recently begun a new business strategy. We have decided to drop our price considerably. The tow dolly market is a 55 million dollar a year business. ( based on Port Reports of our competitors Chinese imports ) We are moving to capture a 10% market share of that. We have now reduced our price to $1399.99.
So, we are making huge improvements to our dolly and lowering the price at the same time. Not only the best engineered dolly on the market, but now the most affordable.
Yes, the ramps are retrofittable to all previous generation dollies !

We have also begun making plans to build a State of the Art manufacturing facility. Robotic welders, automated paint process and streamlined final assembly and shipping process.

Things are looking great at Acme.
Pictures of these changes will be available soon on our website. We will also be producing two new videos for the website and YouTube.

Happy and Safe Motoring.

Thank you EZE Tow... sounds great! I have a 2012 EZE Tow and really love it... I've experienced ramp "spit" several times, which was a little nerve racking when loading my car on the dolly. Hearing about this improvement and that it is usable on older models is great news! When ready for release, please let us know where we can see the new set up and how much they are as I would like to order a set!

Sorry I missed this thread until now.

All these changes sound GREAT to make a very good product, better.

I got my new LED tail light kit in the mail and will be doing the mod soon...thanks!

Here's a photo of the new ramps from the website:

Big difference - and easier angle of approach for loading

I really don't understand what "safety chain Banjos" are - unless it's a banjo shaped cut-out in a mount plate to hold the chain end. Will look for info about that.

And, just a FYI kinda' thing. The old ramps might have caused some slippage for some, but for me - because I kept my ramps in a bin to (clean and safe from theft) I loved how the composite material would not damage the inside of the bin.

Thanks again for making a great product and for it being MADE IN THE USA!

Regards,

Good for you - and built in the USA. My EZE-TOW dolly continues to be a great dolly.

Steve and Beth,

The term "Ramp Spit" is SO PERFECT! Thanks for the laugh!
And FYI, when I called about the new Tail Light kit, the reception said the ramps were available.

Safe travels
