Timely, for me to ask a question...

I have noticed under the storage compartments of my Minnie Winnie Class C some chunks of paint knocked off by these stones, etc.

Is it OK to use a product like this right on there without any primer, etc?

And even on the inside of the storage compartments, since the metal is thin, often the paint chips off. What can be put on the inside?

Lastly, how far does a 16 ounce spray can go?

The spray can will go 20-25 sq ft. Yes you can use it underneath without any primer. I would not recommend applying it to the inside of the storage compartment. It is intended for undercarriages, wheel wells, and quarter panels.

Undercoating 101...

Don't spray over rust.....it will continue to "grow" and will be 10 times worse.
Oil treatment formulations would be better choice. Imho.
