Way to narrow and short for my taste. Why not make it wide enough to put all slides out and walk around room. And long enough to leave toad on when you pull in. Ours is 80X80.

This thread is not about the correct use of jacks with slides out. There are many threads here that can be searched or a new thread can be started. Let's get back on topic.
Thanks.
I've deleted those off topic posts.

I'm sure given the opportunity and depth of ones bank account the area can and would be enlarged to fit the individuals wants and needs. That's why the term "custom built".

Hi Don and Colleen,
The RV garage featured in the video (#216) was designed by the gentlemen you see at the end (the homeowner) to suit his needs (he customized the garage as he wanted it). The video starts by saying that you can customize the length, width and height of Your RV garage. If a couple wants a 80' x 80' garage, that's absolutely NO problem. You're only limited by your imagination in having an RV garage home at Lake Weir Living. Of course, not only can you customize the garage space, every aspect of the living space can be individualized by the homeowner. It's 100% custom construction.
Check out our website: Lake Weir Living : Marion County, Central Florida, FL.

Thank you...Our residents love it and that's the most important thing. An iRV2 Forum member (jabird) is presently building his dream RV garage home (with more garage space for toys) at Lake Weir Living. Any questions, you can always reach me via email at: neil@lakeweirliving.com or 1-352-288-0448.
Here's a photo of jabird's home taken last week...

We decided to go with a 45' RV garage with a 16' width, and we'll be able to have ALL the slides out on our REDWOOD with full hook-ups inside.

Neil,
Is this roof a standard roof or upgraded?
Ron.

Hi Ron,
The roof on jabird's home in the photo are 30 year architectural shingles (I'm assuming you're asking about the roof shingles). These are standard. You can choose any other type of roof as long as it complies with building code (for instance, metal or barrel tile are popular options to consider). Let me know if any other questions. Thanks, Neil
