Yes, I have connected it to my homes 5g wifi, and I have the Osprey 5g on as well. The odd thing is that my phone or tablet, etc, when connected to my home wifi 5g is super fast (say 650mbps download), as I have gigabit internet. The osprey when connected to the same home 5g wifi internally speed tests at only around 150mbps, which is odd but would be tolerable if connected devices got that. So the more peculiar issue is if my phone or whatever is connected to the Osprey, I may get about 2mbps download... Somewhere there is a huge performance loss, and it doesn't matter if I'm connected to my house wifi, a cell hotspot, or a sim chip in the Osprey???
I've changed and adjusted every setting imaginable with little to no improvement. I researched on the web and found nothing helpful. The more disappointing thing is I have filed a ticket with Osprey tech support, and they said it speed test just fine... Well, the Osprey may, but nothing connected to it does. I showed them connected devices with screenshots of speed tests, and no response or other assistance.
So I have from an abstract perspective a great Wingard Osprey Cat 12 system, that is however really more aggravating than useful... I don't know what others are experiencing, and if there's is better I would love to know, because obviously I could have a bad unit. If not and this is typical, I would not recommend the system to anyone.
