10 year old Newell or a 4 year old Cornerstone

Which one would you guys pick and why?

A 10 year old Newell, year 2004 goes for about $275,000. That's the approximate price of a 4 year old Entegra Cornerstone.

So, how do we choose between them.

Here is the $275K Newell.

Newell is the Rolls-Royce of motorhomes, IMO better than a Prevost. That 275,000 range will also buy a 2013 Entegra Cornerstone.I would still prefer the Newell though, even if I had that kind of money.

The Newell is very modern interior, and the cornerstone is more traditional. I would think this alone would make your decision.

I happen to like the modern design, but some women especially hate their home to look like a space ship........

So for me it's an easy vote for Newell.....

I agree that the Newell is nice, but how much will you have to put into it for things that have worn out or are shot just because of age? That would be my major concern for a ten year old coach.

No way. That price is for a 2013 Anthem. Cornerstone is more.

Yep. That's one of my concerns as well. Just wondering about maintenance on the Newell.

I suppose the Chassis in the Newell may be fine, but it will depend on usage. After all, it is a diesel. The fabrics in the coach should be high quality, so they should be fine as well.

The obvious item that may need to be changed may be the tires. So, around $8000 or so for the 8 tires. May be a new paint job as well.

I wonder what else needs replacing just because it's a 10-year old?
