The big three do not affect all coaches nor do all the coaches have all three problems. The date range on these problems were from 2009 - 2012. Tiffin offered free repairs for all of these problems at their Red Bay facility and a few remote sites around the country.
Here's the problems:
1. Roof rails - Tiffin changed to an all fiberglass roof in 2009. The roof rails (the rolled part on the edges) started to check and crack after a very short time. The failure is pretty easy to spot as it looks like cat scratches running vertically on the rails. Several resin formulations were tried and a final solution was found in late 2012. The fix takes about a day to complete and is (or was) free.
2. Driver's side front slide floor - a manufacturing error caused a problem with water leaking into the leading edge of the plywood floor. The result is the floor will get soft. A quick check is to use a screwdriver to test the floor under the carpet. Repairs were to pull the slide and replaced the floor. This used to be free but there is now a charge.
3. Wetbay floor - Plywood used to be used as the floor of the wetbay. The symptom of the problem is sagging plywood and/or rotting wood. The problem was caused by tank sweating and moisture. The fix is a nice plastic floor that can't rot. This fix was free but it is now subject to a charge.
To find out if the coach you are looking at has had these repairs, call Tiffin with the VIN number. Most coaches in that time frame had 1-2 of these problems, very few had all three.

We looked at the 38QBA. Gorgeous coach but couldn’t get past the RV fridge. Not even an option for the residential model. Our past rig had RV fridge problems and have vowed never to buy one again.

The fridge in your picture is what is known as a gas adsorption fridge. Been around for years but in the larger models, not too effective in cooling your stuff in higher temperatures. They also cost more than a residential fridge.
Opt for the residential fridge. They cool, they don't catch fire, and you get extra batteries and a better inverter as part of the option. Well worth the extra money.

We ended up with a Fleetwood Southwind 37H.
So far (6 months and 2500 miles) we have been happy. Suspension needs some work as do all the F53 chassis and there have been a few “new coach” issues, but overall we are pleased with the Fleetwood
