If you're going to install and run a 120VAC compressor to pressurize the coach system, why not just use the 120VAC compressor to run your tools? What tools are you planning to run continuously that require more than an 8 gal reservoir? dmurdock is on the right track.

8 Gallons @ 120 is a little less than 9 cubic feet at 1 atmosphere (BTW these calculations would have been a huge amount easier using SI units).
An angle grinder* uses about 9CFM so it will run for a minute (getting slower and slower after the first 20 seconds when the pressure in the little 9 gallon reservoir gets below 90psi, you then have to wait for the compressor to refill the reservoir, now obviously it will take longer to fill the much larger air tanks on the RV, but the point is you can probably run the angle grinder for what 5 minutes continuously?
That makes working a LOT easier.
With luck in that 5 minutes you've possibly completed whatever job you set out to do.
(I have for simplicity omitted that the compressor will be refilling either system a little bit during this time but try fill at what 1.5CFM?)
* As an example but most of the other tools are around that figure too.

120v/240v compressor plumbed into DP air system
Well, yeah, Elvis-- if you're running tools that demand that kind of airflow I can see your problem. I used to be able to run 3-4 nail guns off a smaller compressor than we're talking about. That's why my current power tools with the coach are electric. If you don't have a BHC* then electric is your friend!
*big honkin' compressor

Elvis's whole point is that " AIR TOOLS ARE COOL ".
He don't want no stinking electric tool !!

Only my $.02......why Co2?.... I have used nitrogen bottles for years. I've ran a 1" impact and r&r truck lug nuts... Cheaper than Co2, and no headache. Get any size bottle you want at any local welding supply house.
I think what the OP is trying to do is reinvent the wheel, the chassis air tanks aren't going to do much more than the pancake type compressor as far as keeping up with air tools....
If he's bent on doing this, depending on chassis layout, go to heavy truck junkyard and get a bigger air tank and mount under frame somewhere to tie into air system.

If you want "cool tools" go for hydraulic like the power companies use on their bucket trucks. ;-)
I just do not see why I would want to chance compromising my brakes by fooling around with the air supply.
