120v outlets no power 2007 journey
Wife ran micro/convection oven and her hair dryer at same time.
I through she just trip a circuit breaker NOPE! Coach has power to main panel and sub-panel on shore and generator power, the PowerLine load meter reads 50 amps.
Checked all the 120v circuit breakers for continuity and voltage all good.
Replaced inverter 2 tears ago and this model does not have a reset breaker.
Rigs twelve volt system unaffected, all twelve systems work including the refrigerator and gas furnace.
Any ideas or advice or if you had this problem please send me a comment.
Thanks for reading!

The symptoms are consistent with a tripped 120V AC Input breaker on the inverter that you say doesn’t have a breaker. What make/model inverter do you have? It would be very unusual to have an inverter without some sort of input overcurrent protection.
For that matter what make/model/year vehicle do you have?
More info…more better advice!

How did you check for power at each circuit breaker? Did you use a multimeter or did you use a non-contact voltage detector? If the latter, it is near impossible to test circuit breakers with those, you will always get crossover from adjacent breakers. If all breakers are indeed putting out power as checked with a real meter and all GFCIs are latched, and you are POSITIVE the inverter does not have a circuit breaker anywhere (have not seen one that didn't) next suspect would be a failed connection in the non-working circuit.

Also, check to see if the GFCI outlets are tripped too. There are a few. One to the right of the stove, one under the sofa, one in the bath as I remember from my Journey.

GFI tripped outlets are harder to find. I had a 5th wheel that the outlets in the kitchen went out. The GFI outlet in the bathroom need to be reset. I would never have guessed that would be the case.
Reiterate with the DW that running the microwave and a hair dryer is a no no.

A big THANK YOU to all that responded with information.
Was able to talk with a tech at Magnun-Dimensions today.
Jesse was of great help. I told him the above story and (an after he stop laughing) he was able to describe to me the location of the internal 120volt braker protection switch on my unit. Found it push it in and everything reset and is working! Happy me, also happy wife.
Again thank you to all!

Great news - and good it was something simple once you found the breaker.

These stories always make me smile. I remember once I was under way in my Bayliner 3270 and my wife says "I switched the power to shore but the microwave doesn't work". I said just a sec dear and fired up the generator.
