Did you check all the fuses with a test lite or just pulled them and looked to see ? I always use a test lite after doing the look see and had one blown that looked good and cost me a week of trying to find my problem .

The jacks may be a seperate wire that was left off the battery post.

With the AC, does the fan run and not cool ? That could mean a leak.

Instead of a test light, get a cheap, digital multitmeter. It won't be any better than a test light for this problem, but will be invaluable for future problems. Try something like https://www.harborfreight.com/11-function-digital-multimeter-with-audible-continuity-61593.html.

It even has a nice temperature probe.

For a littlemore $ you can get a DVOM with a clamp on ammeter that will provide an additional tracing / troubleshooting tool in some situations. Just make sure it does DC amps as many are AC only.

You're right. I'd forgotten that Hall Effect sensors have come way down in price, the last few years.

Thanks for the input, I have a multimeter and now I have narrowed it down F14,15,16,20 and 21 getting no power. Those are in the same general area on the pc board.
