I got it...been underneath looking...found one on passenger side of block but I'll have to remove the starter to get to it

If you think the air box drains are the problem, stick a pencil in it.

Then you can test run it and move on.

I cranked the engine and let it idle while I crawled underneath and there was air blowing out so it is definitely stuck.

Mike it is supposed to blow at idle. above 900 RPMor so it should close and stop blowing. Have someone sit inside and rev it up and see if it stops.
