1991 Monaco Heart Inverter A/C line question

Good afternoon,

Just finished the our family's maiden voyage with our new 1991 Monaco Signature with a Cummins L10.

I have a question on inverter change over. On my way home from purchasing the RV I had an alternator failure. The alternator was creating a bounding voltage making my lights blink.

I also was able to solve a house battery charging issue be replacing the 200 amp isolator.

Now, when I start the generator, the Heart invertor does not recognize that it has AC power, so it never charges the coach batteries. I plugged the coach into a 50amp circuit and after about 30m for some reason it recognized that it had AC power and suddenly started working, and charged the coach batteries.

Now, I can't seem to get the Heart inverter to work on Gen power. At the same time NONE of my tank level sensors are working, and they were working yesterday. Where should I start the diagnosis on this one? I am guessing I have a bad Auto Shore Switch.

Before condemning the auto/ shore transfer switch, make sure you have 120 volt output from the generator to it. If the volts are low, it won't transfer.
