1993 Gulfstream Scenic Cruiser no start no turn over

OK Replaced both the House and chassis disconnect solenoid Reconnected battery same issue with the disconnect switch both lights on. The do not shift light is off but still beeping I believe due to no air in the braking system. I also notice the the speedometer is all over the place moving up and down this was also happing when I started this adventure might have something to do with the issue not sure. Finished just in time as it just started to rain expecting snow as well. Uggg

On a side note I would also like to replace the ignition relay isolator But there are no part numbers on it. It is a silver looking starter relay looks like a standard start relay the two side post for power in and out and the two top polls. anyone have any ideas?

Update. It seems I did not have the connectors to the Allison Shift pad connected all the way So I now have power to the Allison shift pad and lights up with N N as it should the beeping is now gone. For some reason I had to connect both the Chassis battery and the house battery to get the battery disconnect switch to work but for some reason the will not work independently. they both turn on when I press ether switch and turn off when I press ether switch. I am going to go back to the old switch to see if that makes a differance maybe it is the wrong one. will update later.
