1993 Kountry star door hinge

Attachment 308954I have a broken hinge on the front door. Not sure how to remove and replace it. It looks like it could possibly be a piano hinge. Anyone had this problem?

Welcome to the forum.

Your attachment didn't show. Can you try again? Use the function or the "Attach Files - Manage Attachments" box below the post box.

Your door may have hinges similar to what were used on some of the older travel trailers, 5th-wheels and even some of the motorhomes. They are a leaf-type hinge that were/are made by Atwood or Lippert.

Here's a Lippert leaf hinge sold at etrailer ...go HERE

Here's a place you can see some Atwood leaf hinges at Fleetoodhinges.com ...go HERE

I'll attach a video below of hinge replacement on a Keystone trailer that is interesting to watch in case your door is similar:

Thank you. I've seen the video but the hinge bar is continuous throughout all hinges.
