I had a 1994 Vectra on a Ford F53 chassis with the 460. Mine was the 34RA. Had 81K miles on it when I traded it in and I never added a drop of oil between my 3000 mile oil changes. The 1994 Vectra was a very fine up scale motorhome.

HP was 245 @4000 rpms

Torque was 400 at 2200 rpms

I had absolutely no engine problems and performance was fine, even towing a car.

I have a '95 vectra with the 5.9 cummins. I am partial to diesels. It gets 10 mpg which for the weight is pretty good mileage. They cost from $15000 to $25000 on craigslist. I believe that is about $4000 higher than an average gas model but (to me) so much more dependable.

Here is a photo of the interior of my 1994 Vectra. Also, the outside entertainment area with pullout table. I loved that pullout table. This was a very high end coach in 1994.

I would have kept it in 2005, but my wife wanted slides. We spend 3, 4 or 5 winter months in FL. She want more room.
