Rear diesel advantages:
very quiet, no motor noise or heat !!
100 k is like 20k to a gas motor
the alison 6 sp is a wonderful trans.
ours gets 13.5 w/toad .
big shower and bathroom. very comfortable. steering box mounted on front axle= no sway steer . everything on chassis is heavy duty... oil change every 7500 miles.
oil bath front wheel bearings.
bad part:
if it needed parts gas parts are easy to get and almost any place can work on them,
but you work on diesel far less .
We have the same motor home. and really like it.. fiberglass roof ( it's repairable you can patch it, rather than have to buy an entire roof)
effortlessly hauls butt. only "bad thing I can think of, is the floors are thin veneer covering 1" blue foam. very good thermally, how ever, if you drop something heavy the foam may crush making a "soft" spot.. oh yea, the HD AC unit on the side, cools the rv in minuets.. every thing heavy is low on the chassis. no slid outs to fail or brake.
Most every one I've talked to that owned one, say they wished they had it back .
driver door, tiger trap in floor (large storage box ) 100 gallons fuel, 100 gallons water, 105 holding.. solar panels on roof.. if you can find one cheap, they are an excellent buy... but that is my experience only.. if you have any questions regarding the VECTRA, pls email me I'd be happy to share any info I have.. 8-)

I forgot to mention, on any motor home thats 15+ years old,( or brand new )
They will need tinkering.. so if you get a good buy on one, and don't mind a little fixin,
you will get alot of RV for the money.. If you want one that's perfect, I don't think there really is one. ;-)
challange is to find one that is small fixins, within your skills and time.. As to the floors, hard wood floor replacement fixes that from ever happening again. We lucked out and got one with good floors, although some day I would rather have the hard wood floor replacement.
I also notice from the video, it has a dish washer. Nice..
ours has an oven, no dishwasher and no washing machine.. but has bedroom stereo and built in vac...
only problem in front was the low hanging tv.. I removed that and cut the TV pod and raised it. no more hitting your shoulder on it. 3 TV's replaced with flat screen 19"..
don't forget, outside plumbed with AIR and propane manifold to get propabne for BBQ from house tank. no need to carry bottles.... 8-)
