1999 Fleetwood Bounder v10

I've recently replaced my engine with a new v10 long block. I don't have any spark going to the spark plugs. Turning on the key, their is power to each coil and injector. Upon cranking the motor their is no pulse going to the plugs. I''ve replaced the cam sensor as well as the crank sensor. I''ve installed new spark plugs as well as new coils. Does anyone have any ideas of what to look for?

Power is supplied to the coil packs and injectors from the power delivery module (fuse/relay center). Coils and injectors are actually triggered by ground signals from the PCM (Powertrain Control Module).

First verify grounds. In swapping out an engine, many wires are disconnected. You may have left loose a ground feed to the PCM.

Next, verify power to the PCM. Could have easily popped a fuse. Will be separate fuse from fuses that power the coils & injectors.

If you can access a good scan tool, see if you have any codes. Make a note of them. Clear codes and see if any come right back. Those will be hard, current codes. They may lead to the trouble. Codes that don't return may well have been set accidentally while working on it.
