1999 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 12V lights

Hello all I'm new to the Forum and even new the RVs.
I need guidance and knowledge on my 1999 Holiday Rambler Endeavor Diesel Pusher (5.9 Cummins)
My problem is I have little to no 12V to my lights. The problem started when the camper got plugged up to a 220V receptacle using the 30amp adapter...so it got 220 on the 110 shore cord.
I replaced the first thing in line at the shore cord called a surge protector, then the electrical swither(because I have the Onan 7500 generator). I still didnt have correct 12V power. I then proceeded to install a new Inverter/Charger because the house batteries would not charge even though I had the correct 30amp 110v shoe power plugged in.
Let me note that all of the new items that I've replaced have all been very straight forward on the wiring and direct replacement parts so I feel that all of them are correct.
I also have tested all(4) 6V batteries and replaced 2 of them and they all test good independently of each other and now with the new inverter/ charger they are charged full all the time.
I also replaced all (3) of my 12V cranking batteries as well about 4 weeks prior to the 220 - 110V mishap...
Strange part is at my Electrical fuse and breaker box in my master bed room I do have 12V on all fuses and even on the outgoing wire....but my lights barely burn...
My slide out motor will only click but will not move the slide. It will click when I hit the IN and the OUT button but does not move.

It is like I have 12Volts but no wattage to move the slide...

I've heard of a 12V converter and have seen other types of trailers and motorhomes have this CONVERTER built into the main fuse/breaker box but mine in my master bedroom seems to not have it. I do have 12Volts on the incoming red wire that is distributed to all of the fuses on this panel...still little to no lights.
My LED lights will sometimes barely come on..so small amount you have to get close to them to tell...the ceiling Fluorescent lights do the same thing and barely flicker...

Other notes: my 110v outlets do work, my microwave works, 12v fan in my bathroom ceiling works, the wall controller for the black and gray tanks works, my 12v water pump runs and pumps water, my porch light works, my front door step light works...

Where is my CONVERTER?
What else can I test or replace to get it all back working?

Help and thank you all in advance !

Try tapping on the slide-out motor just in case the armature got stuck. Also check the voltage at the motor. But it sounds like it could have been fried.

Check the voltage at the light bulb receptacles. And then buy one bulb to see if that fixes it if the voltage is good.

Your inverter/charger is on the passenger side just aft of the battery compartment. It is not little.

I am at a loss to explain your problem with the 12 vdc.

When you are plugged in or running the generator, inverter/charger passes 120 vac through to the house 120 vac loads and at the same time supplies 12 vdc to the batteries and the 12 vdc house circuits.

When on the batteries, 12 vdc does to the inverter to produce 120 vac.

I would start trouble with a DVM. If you have a loose or corroded connection you may have 12 vdc with no load but it will drop when current is flowing.

LED are not OEM for that year coach. LED may not work with low voltage.

Take a picture of your house battery wiring and post it.

There is a chance of a wire on the wrong terminal. That will only supply 6 volts to some items.

There should not be any other wires on the + to - jumpers between the batteries.

I circled the connections that should have no other wires on them. Click image for larger version

You don't have a converter. The inverter/charger takes care of the battery power.

Check the House batteries disconnect switch in the battery compartment. I have had mine go bad twice, once completely bad, fully fried no battery power. Second time just allowed lower amount of power through it. bought a extra heavy duty one and haven't had a problem since!
