Hi ZACFRD,
Welcome to iRV2. 007 said it all. Off the main iRV2 menu, scroll down to the Newmar Owners Forum. That is where Newmar questions can be answered by other Newmar owners.

Congrats on the new DS. I'm celebrating my 1st week of ownership of my, new to me, DSDP....by spending the weekend installing new tow brackets on my truck. Next weekend...SMI Aux Brake. Good luck..have fun, there's a lot to do..but the pay off is tremendous.

YAY
Another newbie is always fun! We are also new class a owners (and boy does it show) What helped us, is reading all of the manuals we could find. While that doesn't help for everything, when something does go wrong we usually remember reading SOMETHING about that. Good luck & have fun!!

Hi ZACFRD,
Do you have the manuals for your coach? Consider checking:
1. The outside faucet in the utility bay. Both hot an cold should be off.
2. There are winterizing valves. There should be a diagram as to their correct setting for using hot water in the coach.
3. Inside the coach on the back or top of the water heater there is a by pass valve. This valve should be closed.
