Yep, the roof gets washed and polished too. I'm leaning toward calling him again. He does it all in an afternoon. Maybe being 35 years younger makes a difference.

Nice job! It takes me about the same amount of time. The neighbors think I'm nuts for not hiring someone, and they may well be right!
Some minor ghosting is always an issue for me - visible on the dark brown and black colors (I know, don't use too much wax, change my towels more often, etc) so I might hire a pro next time.
Again, looks great!
