Where is this wire hook up to

Hi
I have a 2008 Fleetwood Fiesta 34 N with a 5.5 KW genset no transfer switch and 30 amps service. I have a dead ground on the genset 20 amps circuit tripping the breaker and throwing a code 27. For now this does not cause much of a problem I just leave this breaker off and run the genset with 30 amps which is enough for both AC and everything else. My problem is to find the ground as this wire is hard to trace as it goes under the sub floor. If I could find where it is hook up I could fix or replace. According to a schematic of the intellitic electronic climate control which I will attempt to attach it is hook up to a transfer relay delay?? Anybody here can conform this and tell me where it is located if this is the case?
Thank’S a million
Norm

So here is some more on what I have.. under refrigerator there is my breakers and fuse panel for coach.. I turn a snap.. and behind that.. in about the best place for critters to nest, short.. ECT. I can't fit my head in there.. I can't fit my elbow in there.. I could gripe on.. but so be it.. that is where they put power mgt system.. all of it.. buried under rolls of cable.. they mounted the control box in the hole.. on the far left side.. on the wall.. how I found it.. was with help here.. and I used my cellphone with camera and flash and record all wires 1st.. then picked them up.. found transfer switch.. and with much pain, sweating.. and cussing.. I found INTELLICTEC mounted on side wall in hole.. there is no way.. a normal person could see or fix anything.. what a real pain...

Now.. my 20amp and 30amp frm gen.. up through rear subfloor.. behind rear cabinets.. under original carpet, with no protection of any kind, along the wall.. into/ under my bathroom cabinets.. then up through 4in square chase they made in closet.. up into ceiling.. there must be.. some chase in ceiling over to or behind shower .. then under refrigerator..

So.. if anyone put new carpet or flooring down.. or just tacked down edges of carpet.. then they could short it there.. with a tack or staple... or any other places it runs.. you may have to just break down and pull refrigerator.. and there are many posts here on tricks and time savers by great members..

You can remove drawers in kitchen and bathroom room and follow the wires.. with cellphone with camera and flash and record.. you will see.. under my controller in rear where you adjust setting.. there was a grill.. in mine.. again cellphone and reach way over there along the wall.. you will see them.. on mine.. I have special snake camera.. with 15ft cord.. and I snake that in there and it records on SD. Card..

Warning.. you may find all kinds of lost treasure.. I found.. 2 pairs granny panties.. used.. used socks.. oh what treasure you can find..
Now.. I just might be wrong.. but I had the idea.. that.. only 30amp ran to INTELLICTEC.. and other 20amp ran straight to one of the junction boxes on either front or rear a/c.. that should be easy to check.. just pull inside a/c cover and pull junction box cover.. and test there.. use all safety precautions..

My old eyes just can't make out your picture.. and it gets blurry on my tablet... so I can't vouch for that..
Good luck and keep us posted

Your screen shot has a bar blocking some stuff out as well as big chunk of the paragraph..

So.. finally got it.. I remember.. when I removed the front cover to the breakers.. you must un screw it.. like you want to change a bad breaker.. I found that coil.. and followed that.. back to INTELLICTEC.. hidden on the side wall.. in the black hole of death.. WARNING ... YOU MUST USE ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS... unplug shore power.. no gen.. remove negative on chassis battery and coach batteries.. if critters eaten just one small spot on any wires.. and you are balls deep into that hole of death.. you will surely go to other side.. while in there.. good time to inspect everything.. very closely.. and many great members here post.. now is good time to remove top to transfer switch and tighten the connections and inspect the contacts for pitting and damage.. maybe op took yours out.. or fowled things up..

Have you shut off breakers in coach .. just the 2 breakers to the a/c... and left breakers on.. the side of gen on.. with no shore power .. and tried to see if runs ok.. with other loads.. like microwave..? if so.. then wiring to breakers is ok.. if not.. then your short is between gen and coach breakers.. I was stapling down my carpet.. in rear.. and almost ran one.. right through 120v gen wires.. so there could be it..
I still feel.. it's in that relay inside one of a/c connection box..
Good luck and keep us posted

I must confess that by my stupidity that replace the vinyl and carpet on my motorhome a few weeks ago and I ‘am almost sure that I drove a stapler or a screw of a transition piece in this wire under the thin plywood. This is where my short/ground comes from. So with your help and reading different forum I ’am pretty sure that this wire is hook up to the intellitic transfer relay delay which is located behind the fuse box and under the frig buried under cable and furnace air duct like you said Donr103 ha ha. First chance I have between camping trips (which are few becauce of gas price) I will pull the frig and attempt to repair. Probably have to run a new wire.
Thank’S Norm
