Red face 2000 Georgie Boy P32 Battery Disconnect issues.

I have 1 2000 Georgie Boy The Suite P32 Chassis that I'm having issues with the Intellitec Battery Disconnect.

I have replaced the disconnect solenoid, yet still do not have 12v in the coach.
I've been trying to use the wiring diagram and chase the battery power cables, as I do not think they are connected correctly. This diagram is very poor, at best.

On the left solenoid battery connection, my connection goes to the positive post of my Chassis Battery, The Right battery connection goes to my Coach positive battery post and a short jumper to the System. Intellitec's wiring diagram shows that the House batteries are wired to the left post of the solenoid and the right post to the system.

I inherited my GB from my Dad, and I think a previous owner changed this to bypass the bad solenoid.
My question is, Should I just reverse the 2 battery cables?

Anyone with a 2000ish Georgie Boy with P32 chassis, if you could let me know how your battery disconnect is wired I would much appreciate it.

Thanks

Thumbs down RE: This thread

Wow, no one has replied here at all. I'm disappointed as another forum, rvforum.net, I've had some help.
I now know where to go first when I have an issue.

A disconnect solenoid will NOT have chassis battery on one side and coach battery on the other side.

That sounds like an isolation solenoid. ( relay )

Here is a basic layout of the solenoids.

Hope this helps.

Hey thanks.

I wish I had the dual latching solenoids, but I have only 1. I replaced it with a new on, as I tested it wrong, yet when I reconnected the House batteries, both 5 amp fuses blew.
I got to looking at the Intellitec schematic for comparison, (I have an Intellitec single switch without the led readout), that's when I discovered that the chassis battery is connected to the left battery terminal on the solenoid and the House batteries are connected on the right side terminal. I'm very frustrated, as I'm sure, at some point, a PO, Previous Owner, Swapped cables around to bypass something that wasn't working correctly. I have lots of such JURY Rigging, all over my coach.

I have noticed, that the Chassis battery positive post has 2 battery cables attached, 1 to the solenoid, and I assume the other to the starter solenoid. When I get a chance, I'll investigate. Trouble is, I don't know if that is factory or some jury rigging monkey business. Grrr
