2000 Monaco Dynasty 38' Diesel Slide Won't Go In

We have a Monaco Dynasty 38' Diesel where the slide used to go in and out but last few times it went in in works it's way out. We have a problem where we can't take it out with only 6 inches to work with on each side of the gate.

Every company we have called that has Mobile is to busy to mess with slides anymore. It is a Hydraulic system and here is what has been told to us by one dealer who is certain of what it is. Can anyone verify if this might be correct?

They said the HWH Solenoid is bleeding thru on the hydraulic valve. He told us that is why we can't put it in manually either until that is repaired. Is there anyone can tell us EXACTLY how to repair that Solenoid and what we need to do and how to do it? We're older and might be able to get someone to do it with us if we can find out this information.

Thank you in advance

First you must identify the model of your HWH leveling system/slide system, as each model has different components.
This will help: HWH system quick ID
Once you have ID'ed your model, download the free HWH service manual for your model # system. It has an excellent troubleshooting section.
Do you know where the motor/tank assy is located?? If you do check the oil level. The tank will have a filler cap on top with a dipstick, OR if it's a plastic tank it usually has marking on the side. Check oil level with jacks retracted or you over-fill.
Do not use hydraulic jack oil! The owners manual and service manual for your model # ID the correct fluid
