2000 Rexhall Rose Air stove and water problems

Hi, I am currently renting a 2000 Rexhall Rose Air. Come to find that the stove isn't working, and we don't have water.

The holding tank test shows green, so I don't know what I need to do to get the water working. I have turned on the "water pump" switch and nothing happened.

As for the stove, no clue. The gas detection light was green, so it seems that gas is available.

I'm assuming you are hooked up to power and water at a campground, If yours is the same as mine there will be a valve inside the compartment where you hooked up the water hose. The switch is only if you are getting water from your fresh water holding tank.
The propane tank should be the second compartment behind the side entry door, make sure it is turned on first. Some had an electric valve for the propane tank which if you have and it isn't working. When you turn on the stove do you hear or smell anything?
