2000 safari zanzibar 40' diesel pusher

when I plug into 50 breaker is there anything I need to shut off so I don't use all the battery my inverter works fine and the 4 house battery are new but will not stay charged. I have to crank the engine up to charge the battery and I can not find the battery charger unless the freedom 458 charges them to

I am not an expert, but my 2003 Safari Zanzibar charges the batteries when plugged into power. Sounds like it could be a fuse. There are two switches (breakers)on my Freedom that have to be on the ON position.
