I'm considering purchasing a 2001 Tradewinds 7390. Any comments?

I currently own a 2000 Tradewinds, Cat 300 Turbo Diesel with 96,000 miles. This is my second National Motor home. I have found the National rigs to be well made and appointed. The rest is going to have to be on your appraisal. National went out of business in 07 however, the National owners club can supply plenty of information on parts and help with learning your rig. How the motor home was taken care of and it's current condition is paramount. From my experience National makes a very good motor home.

I owned 1 National product, and also looked at a couple of Tradewinds, nice coach. However as you are aware National RV has been gone for awhile, as such parts for the coach (house) are going to get hard to to find quickly, and you have no factory tech support. I have a 99 Foretravel and simple parts are not avl from the factory any longer (parts are out there but it takes some looking). If I were looking at a coach that was built by a company that is out of buisness to would have to be priced right, if you keep it long enough parts will be an issue ( what if you needed a bay door, or cabinet door).
