2002 adventurer steps

I have a 2002 Winnebago Adventurer 35U. The steps quit working. I'm assuming a fuse must be bad as neither the light nor motor work. Where is the fuse located? I've looked under the hood and the dash but found nothing. Under the entry steps are what I assume are a group of circuit breakers, including three identified as Electric step ignition, electric step power and the third electric step control. However how do I know if any of them are bad? They all look the same as the other's. Is there another location where I might find a different step fuse? Might there be a different issue that I am missing?
Thanks.

It very well may be the fuse but the motor gear assembly breaking is a common problem and relatively easy to fix.. albeit you need to order the part. There are a number of YouTube vids showing this repair. My 2021 Winnie Adventurer has 12V breakers so the first step (Pun intended) is to push that breaker to reset it. The fuse for the step motor should be down below near he motor I would think. Get your ear near the step when attempting to activate it by closing the door or using the switch. If you hear any sound at all it is not the fuse. Good luck.

Check for power at the plug on the motor, then check for ground. That is probably the 2nd most common problem with steps. They usually have a ground wire close to the steps themselves and are subject to a lot of road spray and salt. Be careful when listening, if step moves it can hurt.

Winnebago's wiring site may provide some answers .

If the power steps are Kwikee , these pdfs may help.

Thanks for the ideas and suggestions. An update as it is now:
The light works
I do hear a clicking sound when I close the door(magnet on door is working)
I have not checked the motor ground yet
Biggest question now is how to remove the motor(if necessary) with the steps in
the up (closed) position.

Mine have quit working a half a dozen times. I have tried adding connector grease to the connectors, that helped sort of. I have removed the assembly and greased the joints. In the end I have had the best results by removing the grounds, 2, sanding the connections, and replacing with bolts and washers I could torque down.

I also had an issue with the door switch circuit, it was also the ground circuit.

There is an exhaustive test procedure and test ping tail. I suggest starting there.

PS I also a spare motor in the parts kit box, I have not needed it yet. :(

Thanks for the Kwikee steps suggestions. As some of you suggessted, check the ground wires. You were right. After I hot wired the motor to get the steps to the open position I found the second ground wire for the steps, and it was really bad. I cleaned it up, remounted it with some electrical grease and the steps are now working great.
