2002 Fleetwood American Eagle Starter problems

I have 2002 Fleetwood American Eagle, I turn ignition switch to on position and engine starts before i can turn switch to start position and starter still engaged. I turn ignition switch to off position, engine cuts off but starter still engaged. I have replaced ignition switch and starter. Any help would be appreciated. I have to use cut off switch to kill power to starter.

There's a remote starter relay solenoid that pulls in the starter solenoid Bendix and it's high amp starter motor relay. It may be broken or welded closed.
Look similar to this 1st pic I found.

I don't know your rig well there may be a 12v panel near batteries. Mine is open flat on front motor firewall . Follow chassis battery pos. wire it has to be between battery starter. Most have three solenoids near batteries boost , starter and house disconnect /"salesman switch solenoid "

Not sure where relay is located on your coach but I agree sounds like a bad relay.
