2002 Fleetwood Southwind Dash AC panel won't work
I have a 2002 Fleetwood Southwind 32' motorhome. The Dash A/C has had an intermittent issue where sometimes it works and other times it won't. Now it has completely stopped working, no fan, heat or cooling at all. The Denso 146430-3540 controller is not getting any power. I have checked all the fuses I can find both under the dash and under the hood but none are blown. It would appear there is a broken connection someplace. Fleetwood won't respond to my request for a wiring diagram and I can't find anything on the Denso panel wiring from Denso or on the internet. Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the Denso panel? or any ideas on where the power might be getting lost or coming from?

The Denso system uses inline fuses on the inside ( behind the dash ).
A member just posted pictures of where he found his , I'll link you to it .

Thank you Skip426
Thank you for the information and the Link. I read through the string of the link you sent and the service manual will be of great help. Especially the wiring schematic in the manual. I will check for the fuse and if that is not it the diagram will help me to further my troubleshooting. You have been of far more help than Fleetwood or Denso.

Make up your own testing cable.. 5 amp inline fuse to panel and then find ground on panel and see if panel comes on.. using bench battery.. you get the idea.. just to rule out panel.. very few problems with denso controller.. but you can use test light to check functions.. i suspect critters.. critters love to eat on rubber fuel lines and short wiring and nest in worst places.. so when things go haywire and don't make sense then keep critters in the back of your mind all the time.. also.. remember.. your cellphone with flash on and record is your best friend and fits where your head cannot..
Good luck and keep us posted

Thanks donr103
Thanks donr103 for the tip. The manual I downloaded from the first response to my problem has a wiring diagram so that should be a huge help. I don't believe the problem is the Denso panel, it is not getting power. Same as you I was thinking of running a wire from the battery with an inline fuse to the panel to see if it comes alive and everything works. If it does I will probably abandon the old wiring. I just needed the wiring diagram to determing which of the wires coming to the Denso panel was the hot. I will let you know how it goes but it may be a little while till I can get time to get back to the troubleshooting.

Denso A/C fixed
To close out this problem I was able to fix the A/C won't run problem. The wiring diagram while hard to follow was invaluable in finding out how the system gets power. l finally found the fan assembly with the clutch fuse and main fuse and main relay behind a panel in front of the passenger seat. Both fuses were good, the diagram shows one more 10 amp fuse that appears to power the entire system to start the operation. I jumped power to the main relay and the system took off and operated normally. The 10 amp fuse I never did find must be the issue so instead of spending hours trying to find it under the dash I tied in a new 10 amp fuse to the ignition circuit on the MH and connected it to the main relay per the wiring diagram. For anyone trying to troubleshoot this system the Denso selector panel does not supply power to anything, it makes the ground to complete the circuit for the selection of heat, cool, Fan only etc. The systemm is hot all the time waiting for the main relay to energize to start the operation. Thank you to the people that responded and especially the one that gave me the link to the manual.
