If youi have a second fuel filter, it should be mounted on the engine usually along the curb side. When Cummins went to the common rail injection system in 2003 I think, in many cases they eliminated the second fuel filter.

Our 2003 F/wood Revolution (Freightliner chassis) has only one fuel filter. Coincidentaly, I just verified that very thing with BOTH Cummins AND Freightliner last week. The Freightliner guy asked me for the last 6 of the VIN to double-check. He also stated that, since Cummins builds AND warrants the engine, they are the ones who determine how many filters are used. Cummins also verified this. Both places offer excellent customer info. If you care to call, I suggest you call FLiner first if that is the chassis you have. Hope that helps....

As the others have said, since its a 2003 you very likely have only one filter.
