2003 Gulfstream Sun Voyger won't shift out of park

I have a 2003 Gulfstream that's been sitting on the driveway about 3 years. Went to move it the other day and it wouldn't shift out of Park. I'm afraid to force it for fear of braking something. Any ideas?

Some rigs have a lock that requires the brake to be depressed (Service brake) to move from park to any other gear. This is an electric lock, so you need to have the engine running or battery charged. (Do Not Force $$$) If it was parked without the parking brake on or the wheels chocked, you may need to rock the rig to remove the pressure on the transmission pawl.
