Do you hear anything when you hit the switch?
Have you looked at the shear pins on the shaft, there should be 4 of them. Have you looked at the bolts that hold the gear box in place, also 4 bolts.
The drop down area needs to be kept clean and apply a dry silicon spray

Same coach here.

Not discounting the possibility of CC handling your false floor differently for whatever reason; but mine is moved up and held in place by air rams. To lower; solenoids are opened and air is dumped and it settles down fairly quickly. There are access panels down below for a quick look. It is all orchestrated by the HWH control box in driver bay #1. Look/listen for air leaks while you let out the street slide. If you hear uncontrolled hissing; there is a leak in a line or at a valve. The valves have small wires which could be damaged or loose. The PCB boards in the control box are three deep and there are a few small fuses in there. I don't know exactly what they control but check anyway. Easy and quick. Except for the magic going on in the control box; the system is fairly simple. Not that CC's execution is simple by any means, however.

Best,

Sam
