Rear jacks work fine, slides work fine, front jacks won't lower (left front jack down 2-3 "), front pump can be heard trying, fluid good. Any thoughts?

Most systems use solenoid valves to raise or lower the jack so it could be a bad valve
But you should also check the emergency release, this it the T handle on top of the valve. If the emergency release was left open the jack won't move. Unscrew it and then screw it all the way down.
