Currently all my camping TV is OTA. I was thinking of just picking a 32" up at Sam's. They have a good selection. Would WM or BB be cheaper? I don't like driving back and forth to save a couple bucks.
What about power? I currently use a 400W inverter for the 15" and have a 600W for my laptop and foot warmer. Could I use one of those for the 32"?
Thx for the link. I'll check it out. Probably just confuse me more.

The whole thing comes off. You can get brown sealant at home depot.

How do you get a stubborn wooden plug out? I've removed them from the entertainment center before with a hair pin or knife, but the fascia plug I just tried didn't move.

You can push an awl under the plugs & pry...
I would buy the TV that fits the best. In other words in order to get the cleanest installation with out having to add trim or at least minimize it. As far as TV's 1080i & 720p are the same. You do not need the higher res 1080p on such a (relatively) small set. Take a tape measure with you when shopping for the replacement.
No top screw huh? I thought for sure there was one on mine. Good luck & have fun. It will really update the look of the coach.

Already took a tape to Sam's and found the Samsung 32" that would fit the opening, but like I said, maybe a little wider would prevent me from having to put "shims" between the TV and the fascia.
From the link on the first page, although it is for a 55", it looks like Samsung is a better buy.

Dunner, check WM prices on line before you go. I think the way TV's go now all places are competitive and the money you save may not be worth the drive to save it--that said the last TV's I bought were at Costco.
Measurement will mean a lot and may actually limit your selection. I had that happen on another TV swap I did in the bedroom. In order to get the largest size I was limited to one TV from one brand. A good one it was so no problem, price was right.

Forget what I said above you are ahead of me. Samsung is a good brand. We probably have the same one in our rig, it is a Samsung.

I wrote the Samsung model number down, but lost it. From what I learned from your link, I may be able to make a better selection.
Anywho, the fascia almost fell off. A couple plugs aren't too pretty though. The old one is not coming out until I get some muscle over here. Do I just remove the bottom and top side screws and hope it drops down enough to clear the ceiling? I sure hope those large side ones don't need to come out.

Went and bought the 32" Samsung 4050 at Sam's. They had the best price for the latest model. $289. They had a Magnavox LED for $258, but it was a little wider than my opening. The Sammy will have 1/4" on each side. Enough for some foam weather stripping. All the Amazon reviews were positive. Looks good.
