2005 Fleetwood Bounder 35E Level Jacks

I have a 2005 Fleetwood Bounder 35E and keep getting an error code when trying to auto level my motorhome with Atwood leveling Jacks. I have tried to reset everything with instructions from the internet, unplugging power and one jack etc. but it does not work. I can use the jacks manually with the control pad but not in Auto. As soon as I try to use auto I throws an error. Any feed back would be appreciated thank you.

I had that problem with my 38n. After trying everything you did and more, I gave up. When it did work it never got me to actual level anyway and always brought me higher than necessary. So, I stuck to manual ever since. I was told at one point that because of the age, there was likely a bad item on the board and since I was better keeping control of it, why bother!

I just sold my 2005 bounder 35E last week. It has Atwood Levelers, which I do not believe are used any more. Passenger rear was up, but the sensor said it was down. So when we drove it, the control panel would not stop giving out a constant beep. So, 5 years ago I unplugged the wiring behind the panel and just did not use the system. Did not have a problem since.

Thanks Stan, I have to unplug mine every time I start to drive and plug it in to level it again. Do you know where the board is located on the 35E?

1. My vehicle had 2 fuses for the Atwood levelers. One in the fuse box on the right of the dash board, one in the front engine fuse box. Removing both made no difference.

2. Behind the leveler control board is a 6" Pig Tale connection to the vehicle. I simply unconnected the connector .

Does anyone know where the Atwood level jacks board is located on a 2005 Bounder 35E?

I have a Fleetwood Expedition, 2006. My Atwood poerw control is in the electrical bay. It mounted on square steel tubing very near the rear of the bay. I f yours is not there look for two heavy wires probably #2, and the control cable you referred to and another control cable the has the break set signal and power.
