2005 Georgie Boy Cruse Master XL slide out problem

The front slide arm on our dining slide out appears to be wearing or broken. It appears that someone attempted to adjust the arm at the end where it attaches to the slideo out. However the teeth are now wearing on the side of the motorhome and tripping out the motor. The slide out is a RBW Industries unit and of course they are out of business. I don't see any means of adjusting the support channel so I guess I'll have to pull it to find out what's broken or worn. Anyone have experience here to help me ? Thanks Skippy
