Check the NADA pricing.
Needs tires? Impacts the value.
WS and GM is an adder in the NADA.
Good coach.

No, actually...that's a TERRIBLE price.
I say that because I own one, and would never sell it for that!
A GOOD price would be more like $65k
Enjoy...

My next coach will likely be a another used Fleetwood. I watch the Pace Arrows on Craig's fairly closely and that looks like a good price to me, especially since that is "asking price".

Looks like NADA's low retail with 53K miles shows $55K. If it's in good shape, $40K would be a pretty good value. Have it checked out though...

The VIN shows a 4 in the year position, but the registration states 2005..
manufacture date is 06/04.. is it an 04 or 05??
coach is in awesome shape.. all maintenance done when suppose to.. new tires and new shocks in November..
owner did maintenance when it was suppose to be done, and then some..

We had the same issue when we bought a 2006 Gulf Stream. At least the registration said 2006 and the mfg date was 06/05. Titled it in Wisconsin where they used the VIN to register it as a 2005. We lost a year in one day.

owner did maintenance when it was suppose to be done, and then some.. Confirm the recalls on the "Fuel Rail Clip" and Bosch brakes have been accomplished. Brakes is the big one, now that Workhorse is gone.

Even more important would be the floor plan, if you think you can "make it do", you will be unhappy down the road.

Make it do?? Not sure I understand that question/statement.

I will check on the recalls, I am going to assume that if the brakes were not done, then it will not get done due to workhorse being gone.
