Hello - I am looking at a 2005 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36D with 2 slides. One bedroon and one wall slide. The RV has the 8.1 Vortec engine. Less than 26,000 miles, generator 225.
Anyone have any negative or positive inout regarding this model such as ride, problems, likes dislikes.

We had a 2003 Pace Arrow 37A with the 8.1. One word of advice, Make sure the brake recall work has been done by Workhorse. Loved the 8.1, Plenty of power for a gasser. Had a problem with vapor lock when operating in temps above 80 degrees, maybe they corrected the problem by 2005. Loved the coach just wanted the power of a diesel.

I have a pace. I set out to buy a pace.
fleetwood makes a good product. They are hard to deal with.(from a ser. mgr. point of view)
i like the fact that Fleetwood builds in a lot of carrying capacity. You can have a problem with any make motorhome. Most of my customers had few problems. Some had a lot. If you take care of your rig and do the preventive maint. you will do fine.
