2006 Pace Arrow 37C A/C Power Panel Issue

Recently, I've been experiencing an intermittent problem with my "intellitech" power display panel. When connected to an external outlet and/or running the generator, the panel sometimes will not display the current draw and/or will not properly display the running appliances. In the attached picture, all appliance lights are illuminated, however, all are not running. This picture shows a current display, however, sometimes it just displays rotating LEDs like it's thinking. Could this be a bad panel or is the "brains" of the system located elsewhere?

Thanks in advance.

1. I noticed you have 20amp selected and you are using 19amp .
if you are plugged into 30 amp you should select it.
2. when plugged into 50 amp you will not get a amp reading
3. When using the gen you will also not get a amp reading.
4. The lights for your appliances show that power is sent to them
and has nothing to do with weather they are running
5. when you apply power to the trailer it rotates while it figures out what type of power you have
